"The wine Chateau Vray Croix de Gay is a Pomerol of very good standing, which can be appreciated despite its youth thanks to its finesse, its overall harmony, an opulent generosity on the aftertaste and a beautiful tannic framework, racy and satisfactory at the same moment. Its color is dense, deep, intense, with a beautiful texture and a visual touch that reveals a satiny, tender and silky frame, with shades of purple color, gloomy garnet red, with a beautiful brilliance. This Pomerol wine spontaneously offers a beautiful structure and many tight, voluptuous tears along the glass. The bouquet is well balanced, uncover, still a bit juvenile, but tempting, fragrant, aromatic, dense and generous. We find red and inky fruits, cherries, blueberries, or the juice of a bunch of Merlot grapes (which dominates in this wine associated with a little Cabernet Franc), baccarat rose, peony, with a well-controlled woodiness. The Vray Croix de Queer is superb. Dusky, inky and towering in its presence, the possesses magnificent concentration and stature. The flavors literally soar as the shows off its personality.
