"The wine Chateau Vray Croix de Gay is a Pomerol of very good standing, which can be appreciated despite its youth thanks to its finesse, its overall harmony, an opulent generosity on the aftertaste and a beautiful tannic framework, racy and satisfactory at the same moment. Its color is dense, deep, intense, with a beautiful texture and a visual touch that reveals a satiny, tender and silky frame, with shades of purple color, gloomy garnet red, with a beautiful brilliance. This Pomerol wine spontaneously offers a beautiful structure and many tight, voluptuous tears along the glass. The bouquet is well balanced, uncover, still a bit juvenile, but tempting, fragrant, aromatic, dense and generous. We find red and inky fruits, cherries, blueberries, or the juice of a bunch of Merlot grapes (which dominates in this wine associated with a little Cabernet Franc), baccarat rose, peony, with a well-controlled woodiness.
