We are thinking of buying either at Umina Beach, Woy Woy or Blackwall and want to know if there are any gay & lesbian singles, couples or families living in these areas? Are the areas lgbtq+ and lesbian friendly?

Hello Umina be h is queer core - we have only been here a short while but have trans, gay male and lesbian friends - all previous boyfriend Sydney and tired of the rat wheel- life here is much more mixed with bi and straight, much healthier!
Queers are more the creative and earthy , self made types ( or trying to be) and very much based on community as in nature, keeping our beaches pet friendly, bush regen and ensuring hotel chains don't get a strong contain - this is paradise .
